Everyone gets to share their story and gets insight from others.
Enough structure to not feel structured. - beautifully executed.

That  being flexible or ‘rolling with the punches; is perfectly reasonable.
Having a say in how company profits are spent.
Time-off to get in touch with two voices.
To have faith.. to be more relaxed/ positive that doors will open
Looking for ways to incorporate activities that  are special or important  to me into my day
Finding time to fit  something into my day

Right now I ‘m more about helping other people with their ideas. Helping synergy to happen.



•  What did you learn  about yourself /others?

That I lead a happy life.
Risk vs  innovation is an interesting concept
We all have insecurities no matter how we come across.
I need to get out more.
I’m becoming a better listener and realized I love laughing.
There isn’t an answer to find as you age. Ideas and seeking are lifelong
journeys.
How we face such similar challenges.
Listening intently can get the right questions asked.
Myself: I have a lot to share
Others: So much is possible when you engage, share and listen.
A reminder of subconscious assumptions regarding self limitation.
There are a lot of people with big hearts.

Finding what I want in a career

Keeping an open mind without assumptions.
The main: butterfly effect from the ripples of our shared voices.
Creating connection with others  will learn from others’ stories
Use the inspiration I gained today with my day-to-day.


 .  What  follow up  steps might you take?

Reading through my notes and asking myself some important questions that I haven’t even challenged myself on
Check out the  network and get to know others on it
Always remember to ask, ask, ask. No matter whom you’re talking to.
Reconnect with some people I have met over the past year.
Look into a high school outreach activity.
We should keep this project ( circle of possibilities ) alive. This is a great way to connect, to others and be inspired.

.How useful was having a list of participants and their profiles before ( or after the workshop)

It deepens the understanding about people and gives a clearer picture.
I didn’t have it before, but it may be helpful afterwards.
I like the  format of networking possibilities here.
I find it easier to connect with people if there is a focus.
Will definitely  check them out after.
Will use them to stay in touch.
Didn’t take the time to look.
It makes it easier to know them.
Ying/ Yang Be concerned and planned vs  spontaneous.
Had been too busy. Will check them out for sure.
